Work Smarter with AI - From Prompts to Agents (October 3, 2026 | 6:00 - 7:30PM)
Overview
This practical course helps learners understand Generative AI and turn it into a valuable tool for everyday work. Learners will explore ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, understand their capabilities, and practice effective prompting using the RISEN framework.
Through practical workplace examples, learners will discover how AI can save time, simplify tasks, support problem-solving, and improve productivity. The course also introduces integrated AI and agents, helping learners understand how AI is evolving from a simple chatbot into a more capable workplace partner.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of Generative AI, learn how to write more effective prompts, and discover practical ways to use AI to create content, analyze information, solve problems, and streamline repetitive tasks.
Through guided demonstrations and practical exercises, participants will have opportunities to apply the concepts using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.
By the end of the session, participants will have a clearer understanding of how to progress from using AI → prompting effectively → working with AI tools → leveraging AI agents to work smarter and more efficiently.
Pre-requisites:Â
This is an interactive, hands-on session that includes practical exercises and live activities. To get the most out of the session, participants are encouraged to come prepared with the following:
- Laptop or computer — Required for completing the hands-on exercises.
- Access to a Generative AI tool — We highly recommend having access to at least one of the following:
- ChatGPT
- Microsoft Copilot
- Google Gemini
- Paid subscription (recommended, but not required) — If you have a paid subscription to any of these AI tools, we recommend using it during the session, as it may provide access to additional features and capabilities.
- Active account and login — Please make sure you can access and log in to your preferred AI tool before the session begins.
