Pepe Manikan is a performer, producer, and educator from the Philippines.  As a performer, he played keyboards for the pioneering progressive metal group, Eternal Now and the captivating progressive rock group, Cinderblock.  He also served as the musical director for the esteemed improvisational group in the country, Silly People’s Improv Theater or SPIT from 2003 tol 2022.

As a producer, he focused on composing music for advertisements, films, show, and new media.  He has been nominated for various awards locally such as FAMAS, Cinemalaya, various FDCP awards events, and YCC to name a few.  He has also been nominated for international awards and won best musical score in France in 2013.

Along with film scoring, he also does sound design, mixing, and audio-post for films, providing the evocative backdrop for programs, films, and other mediums.

As an educator he has taught in De La Salle University, College of St. Benilde, I-Academy, Enderun Colleges and has conducted clinics, workshops, and seminars on music, music production, scoring, and other topics on sound and audio production.
