Marjorie Limcangco, known as Coach Joy, has been a passionate advocate for holistic wellness since her college days at UP Diliman, where she majored in AB Psychology. Over the course of 36 years in education, she has nurtured a deep interest in the mind–body connection and the transformative power of mindfulness.

Drawing from her extensive experience, Coach Joy recognized the importance of prioritizing mental, emotional, and physical health through mindful practices. She is a Certified Meditation Teacher, a Registered Yoga Teacher, and an Internationally Certified Life and Wellness Coach. Her work centers on sharing the profound connection between the heart, mind, and body, and how mindful breathwork and movement can reduce stress, foster emotional regulation, and build resilience.

With decades of dedication, Coach Joy continues to inspire individuals to embrace wellness as a way of life—empowering them to cultivate balance, clarity, and strength from within.
