In the Philippines, gender bias silently shapes our workplaces, families, and communities. You see it daily—in hiring decisions, wage gaps, leadership roles, even casual conversations. But most of us don’t recognize it.
This 1.5 hours course changes that. You’ll learn:
- The difference between sex and gender (and why it matters)
- How gender roles create unconscious bias
- Real manifestations: stereotyping, marginalization, subordination, and violence
- Practical steps to be gender-sensitive in your daily work
- Real Philippine workplace scenarios and how to respond
