Bryan John Dela Cruz Tumang is a dedicated academician in the criminology profession. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Universidad De Manila, graduating in 2018. That same year, he successfully completed the Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists in June. In 2024, he enhanced his qualifications by acquiring a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Criminology, also from Universidad De Manila. Presently, he is advancing his studies by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice with Specialization in Criminology (PhDCJ) at Romblon State University.

Sir Bry is an enthusiastic educator, teaching at various colleges and universities throughout the National Capital Region. Additionally, he is a respected Review Lecturer for the Board Licensure Examination for Criminologists at several review centers across the country. He is one of the members of the Board of Directors and currently serves as the Vice President for Finance and Administration of All is Well Training and Services Corp. Furthermore, he holds the position of Dean of Criminology.

In addition to his academic and leadership roles, Sir Bry is a prolific book author, having written several books on Criminology and Forensic Science that serve as valuable references for students, educators, and practitioners. He is also an active researcher, with multiple studies published in reputable international journals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in criminology, forensic science, and criminal justice.
