Nero Tabios is an Instructional Designer and Training Content Developer in the BPO industry with extensive experience creating learning materials for new-hire training and talent development programs. Skilled in developing engaging, learner-centered training experiences, including training simulations and gamified learning activities. Previously worked as an educator and Learning Resources Coordinator at the Department of Education (DepEd), contributing to self-paced learning materials as a module writer, layout artist, illustrator, and video presenter during the pandemic. Proficient in Articulate 360, Synthesia, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, HeyGen, Vyond, Easygenerator, VideoScribe, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, as well as AI-powered tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and Adobe Firefly. Currently pursuing a Doctorate degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines while working on his dissertation.
